Facility and Operations Audits
Site walk-through's of waste, recycling, transfer, drop-off sites, convenience center, electronics recovery facilities, and compost facilities. Observe operations and to develop recommendations to improve overall "performance" with emphasis on: SAFETY, EFFICIENCY, WORKFLOW, EQUIPMENT, STAFF UTILIZATION, SITE CONFIGURATION, and TRAINING and integrating these key elements so they optimize the system.
